    Do you have any idea whether the X1M uses i2c or spi for inter-module communication, and are you planning on tapping into that bus? (both for reading data and possibly control)

      I didn’t see anything like I2C or SPI in the X1M schematics, however, I do plan to use I2C to interface between the Nano and the function boards I plan to embed in the unit. First addition planned is a firmware controlled AGC/S-meter which I believe can be done entirely in software. See my thoughts on this in the Blogs.
